Verbal Consultation - £59
A 2hr on-site verbal consultation, including quotation sent for accessories and further services. (Based on an average 3 bedroom property) Additional bedrooms £30 each
Whether you are thinking of selling or if you are already on the market but receiving little interest, we will meet with you to discuss your goals, expectations and how to receive the maximum return on your home improvements. With ‘buyers eyes’ we will walk through the entire property, room by room including the exterior, gathering as a buyer would those all important “first impressions”. We will offer suggestions on how to enhance the positive features of your home and pay particular attention to any problem areas that a potential buyer could use to negotiate a reduction in the asking price. We will also highlight areas that we feel would benefit from re-defining, redecoration, lighting, room layout, de-cluttering and storage facilities, suggesting ways to improve the overall appeal to a potential buyer. If time allows, we will give you a quick demonstration of the difference home staging makes by transforming a room in your home using your existing accessories or with quality affordable home wares and accessories that you can choose to order if required. We will also demonstrate how to conduct a successful viewing. From there, you can either do the work yourself, or we can provide the services for you.
Verbal Consultation with Mini Report - £95
Following the verbal consultation we will send you a 2 – 3 page checklist itemising all the points and actions discussed.
Verbal Consultation with Full Written Report - £185
Following the verbal consultation we prepare a detailed room by room illustrated report, including photographs, of all the actions and recommendations discussed. This detailed document gives you knowledge of the local housing market and what type of target audience we need to attract, to achieve a quick sale at the best possible price. We will prioritise a list of actions to be done and the most cost effective way to do it, taking into consideration the anticipated financial return. Each task is ranked in terms of ease of doing the job and the impact on your property. We will also give details of reliable local contractors to help you get the work done quickly.
Payment for all of the above is strictly upfront or on the day. 48 hrs notice is required for re-scheduling or cancellations otherwise 50% of the due payment is required.
