We offer a range of services to suit all requirements & budgets, evening and weekend appointments are available.
We will visit your property to discuss your requirements and to see what is achievable in either a ½ or full day Makeover. We may recommend some general cleaning and de-cluttering, also local reliable trades people if required, e.g. painters and decorators or a handy-man etc before we carry out the Makeover process. We will then send you a checklist and a schedule of work.
Makeover for Photographs/ First Viewing

£90 ½ day
At The House Makeover Company we are qualified to know ‘what goes where’, clever use of colour, lighting, and how to best create focal points and a spacious look and feel. Contact us prior to the Estate Agents marketing photographs – ‘a picture paints a thousand words’, and we will ‘stage’ your property to show potential buyers a lifestyle they are looking for. Alternatively we will send you a photographic report with clear instructions on how to re-create the look again for future.
Occasion/Festive Room Makeovers

Whether it’s a Halloween, Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Birthday, Anniversary etc, etc, etc, - whatever the occasion, we can either work with you or do everything for you.
Project Management
We offer a range of services to suit all requirements & budgets, evening and weekend appointments are available.
£30 per hour
At The House Makeover Company we will identify which skills are needed to complete your decorating or refurbishment project. With this knowledge we then match the skill to the appropriate trusted and reliable tradesmen and contractors. We will manage and oversee the project and provide an estimate of project management time prior to commencement.
We strongly recommend that contracts are drawn up directly between the client and the tradesmen/ contractors themselves.
On-line Report - £120
You can send us photographs of your problem room/s by email or post and we will suggest and advise on the best possible ways to improve the whole house, including the exterior and gardens to sell at the best price,
Accessories and Dressing
We offer a range of services to suit all requirements & budgets, evening and weekend appointments are available.
£30 per hour
We will visit your property and discuss with you your requirements and the overall look you want to achieve. You can use your existing possessions or alternatively we have a range of quality affordable home-wares and accessories for you to choose from to order. We can source additional items or accessories of your choice.
De-cluttering

How many times have you looked around and thought I must sort through those drawers or cupboards, the mail has mounted up on the table and the wardrobe is spilling out?
You are not alone – most of us have far too many possessions and become emotionally attached. Having The House Makeover Company as a third party will help you detach from your possessions and offer advise on the best action to take, maybe even not even throwing them away but using them in a different way.

We can independently search for that special accessory or item if you simply don’t have the time, or we can accompany you on the shopping trip. Support with Sourcing Suppliers and Tradesmen
£30 per hour
The House Makeover Company will support you with sourcing suppliers, trades and services including decorators, joiners, plumbers, bathroom, kitchen, flooring fitters, handyman, garden and cleaning services are recommended from reliable trade associations and contacts.
We strongly recommend that contracts are drawn up directly between the client and the tradesmen/contractors themselves.
